Very rude

<p>I just spoke to a consultant now since I've been receiving sms's from them about non-payment though I haven't registered , the consultant didn't even bother to listen to what i was saying it was as though she is reading a script , she just told me there is nothing she can do and hung up on me . the service there is very poor and needs improvement. my call is dated :6March2017 10:44</p>
