School doesn't want to refund a learner

I have enrolled a child at dis institution, I did de payment for de whole year, thought de school is well managed, but it was de opposite, no classes taking place, I went there nd do observations, all was true, I then requested a refund, spoke to Diviah principal, she was so rude, read her emails while talking, she then refers me to her manager Jay, she refused to talk to me, all I wanted was for them to reverse the money so that I can pay onother instution, instead they brought back my forms and say nothing, they have so many learners that they can't control, they don't teach, I spoke to some learners there most of them are not happy with the service they r getting, payment was done on the 25th Feb, the student started there on de 29th, he then notices all this that were taking place there, dis principal lady Diviah doesn't have management skills, doesn't know how to treat people, her attitude stink, as well as her boss Jay, I ask myself how did they get those positions, all I need is for Brooklyn city college to transfer back my money as they are failing to deliver, after doing my observations I told Diviah that there was a class that was supposed to be on,we went nd it was empty
