REFUSAL TO PROVIDE SERVICE AND RUDE

I have never come across such incompetency<br> <br> Students life are kept on the fact that such back door colleges refuse to provide the service that they advertise, the CEO of the college Hung up the call because I was asking wuestion she was not prepared to answer. I went out of my way to get this matter resolved to no avail. I called the Department of education who told me the college is still owing, but they dismiss this by hangind up. I believe such institution are the reaosn for our high crime and employment rate <br> <br> They need to be stopped
