Brooklyn City College Johannesburg is ***

I registered last year for Engineering studies and I passed all my modules. And the only thing I received was a COPY of my results, even worse some of the subjects were written by pen. When I asked about the Certificate, the Indian lady said the certificates are on the way, till today I haven't received anything formal from. They even made me pay twice for my student card which I've never received. The only thing they care about is money. I need help with refund or my certificate.
