Bad Choice of Study

My Fiancee studied at this college in 2016, paid her fees in full R9700.00, and wasted a year of study, because their accreditation expired for the subject she was studying towards. We've been trying numerous times to discuss with them the refunding of her study fees as well as an effort to get her certificate to no avail. All we get is excuses and more excuses, and my fiancee is not the only person that is suffering. Because of this, she's been suffering to find a job and can't use the studies as a qualification. I am seriously considering to open a case of ***** at the police.
