Bad teaching and Accounting

<p>I am sponsoring a student at Brooky City College in East Lodon Eastern Cape South Africa, my biggest probem is as follows: The student wrote exams in July2016, Tourism, there wa a 100% class failure, how is this ever possible, when I asked for a remark the principal said he will send my request forward, to date there has been no results forth coming when I ask what is happening I am told he is waiting for the results, that is the principal. What am I to do they are laying with the lives of young adults who are trying to build a future!!! My other complaint is the bad accounting method this istitution has each time the student has to write tests or exams he is told he cannot write as his fees are not paid. I paid fees every month and each time I paid I emailed them the of payment as well as a message to the student with proof of payment. I feel there is something very wrong at this campus!! </p>
