Happy but not so Happy, Roodekruin Restaurant

The waiter that was serving me was polite and very helpful when I was placing my order, made suggestions on some things on their menu. However, the manager was constantly talking to the waiter while he was busy taking my order and also took her own time placing the order so I had to wait for her to finish her conversation with her friends and wait for the food to be prepared. The food is always good, big up to the Kitchen staff and Waiters but I'm disappointed in the management
