Extremely shocked and disappointed

Very disappointing service, I’ve been a fan of Brooklyn Brothers since I moved to Gauteng 6 years ago and today was awful and disrespectful the way we were shunned. I specifically insisted that we go to Brooklyn Brothers for the good food and friendly service. We weren’t greeted and offered a table, so I went in very friendly and asked if we may be seated and the gentleman agreed and would’ve had someone sent to our table. However, the waitress was serving and providing excellent service to the other three tables, where we were being flatly ignored for a good half an hour. Once we were permitted to place our order we waited another 20 minutes and after friendly asking at the front desk about our two milkshakes and one coffee, we were told that our order hadn’t been placed. Nobody apologized or minded that we got up and left. Needless to say, I will no longer be supporting any of the franchises.
