Cold and soggy food

Hi. My first experience 2 weeks ago was great. Last night i treated my son and wife to food. I was so disappointed. From hot burgers and crispy fries the 1st time, i got cold soggy chips and burgers. Why? Because our food was left to get this way. I paid R400 just for friggin takeaway for 3 people and i got ****. This is your branch in Roodekrans. Extremely ****ed off and will not go back. Lack of management on this night. Wasnt even busy Danny Murphy
