Bad Experience

I had lunch at this restaurant on 29 March 2016. the menu and d?cor looked enticing, however what happened during service was not what I expected. <br> <br> the food arrived and looked good however it tasted very mediocre, there was just no real flavour in anything. the Jalapeno poppers were so tuff that they were practically impossible to eat. the burger had no flavour and the dirty fries also lacked flavour and was cold and completely dry! <br> <br> during our lunch we were attacked by a swarm of bees, so much so that we had to move to another table but the bees just followed us. the waiter took it upon herself to put a serviette in my drink to trap the bees. my glass was still half full, I then had no drink and was not offered a complimentary drink. furthermore I was expected to pay for the drink which I could not even drink. <br> <br> the staff lacked the necessary people skills to survive in the restaurant industry, and if something is not done quickly they wont be in business for too long. <br> <br> I was very disappointed my the service that we received. we did not even get an apology from the waiter or any of the staff members.
