Bad burgers, bad food, bad manager

<p>My wife and I had an anniversary dinner before going to the theater. We had burgers (which was pricey and without chips, but we were willing to pay for special evening). The patty was hugely disappointing. The meat looked and tasted like horse/donkey/road**** infused with soya. My wife found small hard piece of what looked like intestine in her meat. It was poorly cooked and cold. Processed cheese. We asked for manager (friday night 18 Nov), and he had defensive and non-apologetic demeanor. He said they get Beef regularly from Karoo????(lamb comes from karoo, NOT BEEF) and no-one else complained tonight, turned around and walked away. I normally eat anything, but couldn't finish this. My wife took hers home to the dog. We will still see if he has enough courage to gulp it off. No thank you!! Burger Bistro or Rocomamas is much better Burger joints, and worth the money.</p>
