Terrible customer service from this panel beater

I had my car booked in to have the bumper replaced. They initially said that it would take 1 week. After not hearing anything from them 2 weeks later I started calling. They were difficult to get a hold of and reluctant to give me any timelines. After another week my car was still not fixed. Eventually, after a month at the panel beaters, they said I could come and fetch my car only to see that they had scratched it. After fixing their own mistake I got my car back. Honestly, their workmanship is pretty good but they have terrible customer service and I would not recommend anyone using them.
