Seven weeks for a grill

So to summarise the situation, I took the vehicle in on 31 July after being told that all parts were ready and available and the car would be finished in a week. Damage was a broken headlight and a few other bits of broken plastic. As we enter the seventh week (SEVENTH WEEK!!!) Brooklyn have now admitted that they **** that all parts were available before I took the car in.<br> <br> In the meantime they have provided a courtesy car (only after my earlier complaint here). The car is a ten year old polo 1.4 with no electric windows, a squeaky fan, broken boot lid lifters and was delivered with three tires that were not round and Tiger Wheel informed me could burst at any time.<br> <br> So if anyone is thinking of taking a vehicle to these guys I would strongly recommend against it. They are ***** with no concern for their customers at all.
