More bad service

I previously reported shoddy service by Brooklyn Motorlab, Brolink, and Hollard. Things have not improved. I collected my car today, a day after they initially told me it would be ready. The job is not finished, and what is finished is sloppy. Also my rear right hand door doesn't open from the outside, and the window beading is a mess. No work was required on this door. This is after the vehicle failed quality control twice. The QC basically told me it was my fault because they were rushed. They've agreed to fix the problems, but they've had my car for over a month. I'm speechless.
