Bad Service and No Feedback

Prior to the vehicle being taken for repairs I did confirm that all needed parts were in their stores. I delivered the vehicle on 31 July 2015 and was informed that the vehicle would be ready on 7 Aug 2015.<br> <br> When I called on 7 Aug I was told that the vehicle was not ready and would be ready \early next week".<br> <br> After calling on Tuesday I was told of more delays. No definite time line was provided"
