we took our 5 year old child to see the doctor at Albow gardens clinic she has been sick i understand yes that a lot of people come to the clinic i am not a doctor but i am sure for a child with chest and coughing a hell of a lot waiting me and her mother up at nite for then panado syrup which i dont no if its going to help anything then we ask for a letter so we can give it to the school to tell us they dont have letters
