Brooklands Auto Amanzimtoti southgate business park.. DO NOT USE THEM THEIR SERVICE IS NOT GOOD

I took my car for clutch replacement to Brooklands Auto.. I was given a quotation of R11900 prior, but on car arrival they tried to change the amount to R15900, i had to retrieve the quotation for them to agree on the quotation amount.

Then I was told that the engine mount is broken and it was going to cost over R5000 to replace it (part only) only to find out that from the spare shop it costs R1300. They said it was already broken when they stripped the car, since i was not there i had to buy a new one.

I was told that the car is ready for collection, only to find that they have ****** my new fender liners and replaced them with the old torn ones, when i asked them about it they said it was like that when I brought it to them. I had to open my laptop to prove to them that i have recently replaced the bumper and the fender liners and they gave me the story that it was accidentally swoped with another car's liners.

They replaced the fender liners, however they could put it properly because while I was driving to work, I heard the noise from the front left tyre, and the fender liner came out and it flew to hit the other cars behind me, unfortunately I could not stop to pick it up as I was driving on a highway.

I have recently fixed my CV joints and as they were working i dont know what they did because now they are telling me it is not their fault and the car was not driven to them but it came on a tow truck.

The clutch was replaced but sometimes the car does not take gears, which is new, There are strange noises that i have not heard before like there are loose parts.

I reported to them the fender liner issue and they did not respond I have realy had a terrible experience with them
