Unprofessional on Brookes Attorneys

They dragging everything and not responding to matters in time. Since from February my matter has not been resolve. I call every week for feed back they always promise to respond the following they which they never do. I have already paid all the required amounts and continue to make my arrangement payments as agreed. Despite my repeated follow-ups over the past weeks, I have not received any response or assistance. I am struggling to understand why my requests are being ignored, as this lack of communication is causing unnecessary frustration and concern. If the person handling my file is currently on leave, I would expect that another representative would be assigned to manage the case in their absence. The current lack of accountability and communication feels highly unprofessional and is becoming increasingly difficult to deal with. I requested that my matter be escalated to the appropriate department or supervisor so that I can finally receive the feedback and settlement letters I have been waiting for that never happened.

I am taking a step to report this matter to Law society this is not how a person must be treated
