Not so secure or professional............past sell by date!

So a "gengtleman" by the name of Henk Jones approached my landlord this am asking that I contact him in regard to an Iphone. The "gentleman" is apparently from a company called Brooke International - their bio states they are and I quote :-

So - here is what has happened since he made contact his am. He has accused us of *****ing the phone (direct accusation to me when I called him as requested), he yelled and carried on at me like I was a ********. I advised him that I did not own an Iphone and that the one my youngest does own was given to her by my eldest! I enquired as to the make of the phone and the "gentleman" was unable or unwilling to share. He had in the meantime contacted my other half via the car registration number to make enquiry with him,. When asked how he managed to get hold of my other half he freely admitted that he had traced via the licencing department, which according to him was and is within his legal right. He also stated that he was a cop and therefore he could do as he pleased. My eldest the legal owner of the phone then called him and was also lambasted by him, and when the youngest tried to find out what we could do to assist him in solving his issue he was just as rude and vague as he was with us. I then went to Brackenfell Police department because this person was and is lacking in substance in regard to information that could clear up this matter - they called him and he refused to share his clients contact details with them or accept and invitation to come down to the station and clear things up. Advising them that the only person he had spoken to was my other half and that he had also not approached my landlord. On advice from the police I contacted the company directly and some peron who answered the phone was unwilling to put me in contact with either the owner or the manager of the company, telling me that it was not his / her issue and that I need to speak to the "gentleman" directly. Kindly note that his story has changed with each call, firstly it was a ****** phone, then his "client" forgot her phone on top of her car and drove off, and now again she is saying it was ******. He has actually told the cops that he can see she has switched the phone off and we are now not at home and are running. Now I am sorry but in this day and age I know there are some odd peeps out there, but something is just not right about this whole thing. Surely if he as a legal and true representative of his so called client and company would attempt at all costs to work this out so she could retrieve her phone, but has refused to do so. He has now threatened to lay a charge of theft against us, and yet denies doing this just after he told the cop the same thing???? Shame he also says he is 67 years old and really doesnt need this drama, well dude then dont!!!!! You created your own drama today and if you had your clients best interests at heart you would have taken the offer of a get together - but i think you are unable to do your job properly and have made a right tool of yourself and now because you have been called on it you are acting like an even bigger tool. To the "client: that lost her Iphone in Boston Bellville yesterday due to leaving it on top of her car, you can find me here and gladly come and chat about this. I think you are throwing more than just your phone away - money to if you have paid thise people to try and find your phone. If it was on the roof of your car in Boston, you must have driven under 5kms an hour for it to land up here!!!! Just saying. If this continues past today I will be getting an interdict against the company and person concerned.
