Shoes are falling apart soon after purchase

To whom it may concern<br> <br> I am a loyal Bronx customer. I purchased shoes from Makro and within a few months the soles have come apart.<br> <br> it's not impressive and I would appreciate a response or explanation - since I haven't worn them often - it is very disappointing.<br> <br> Regards<br> Bryan
