Ripped in 4 months

I have a complain with my latest Bronx western boots I bought from Tekkie Town. I have my boots approx 4 months now and the right side is ripped already? I trust Bronx as this is the only brand me and my husband love and now i am like totally disappointed. Its expensive shoes... what can I do regarding this situation?
