Poor quality Bronx school bags

We bought two Bronx bags for our children in the begining on the year from PNA Elridge. (They have the slips) After 6 month we noticed the seams pulling apart. We contacted PNA and dropped of the bags to be send in to Bronx. Bronx gave a report back that they can not replace or repair the bags. Our kids normally use a school bag for a minumum of 2 years, sometimes 3. We thought it would be the same with the Bronx bags because its a premium bag and premium price. Unfortunely the premium price tag didnt come with premiun quality. School bags in general should last at least a year. But these bags fell apart in 6 months! So its apalling that the Bronx quality has deteriorated like this over time. I am shocked at the service and that the bags are so poor in quality that it shocked me.
