Poor customer service

Absolutely disgusting service, firstly I have been using Bronx shoes for more than 10 years and this is the first time I've ever had a problem with these shoes. My slip on Bronx which states genuine leather is cracking after only 7 months of using them, my wife has emailed you guy and we received a reply from Neil who stated he cannot help us if the shoe's are older than 6 months. The pieces That are cracking are dome kind of vynel material. This is not leather at all. Is this how you treat your loyal customers of your brand? Such poor customer service on your behalf Neil.
