Awesome service

I received a pair of Bronx shoes as a present and after a year the shoes malfunctioned. I sent a mail to Bronx customer service to ask for advice. Georgina mailed me back and requested I send her info so she can send me a replacement pair. No stock were available and she send me pictures of other pairs to choose from. Everything happened within half an hour. She was friendly, professional and helpful. She is truly a example of great service!!
