Deposit With Held

vigorous application process of almost 4 weeks, my application for one of they properties i wanted to rent got accepted, after payment of deposit and 1st months i rent i moved in and was promised countless times that they would fix my place as it had holes in the floor, sliding doors with no locks etc, i lived there for 3 months exactly and by our contract i was allowed to move out and wanted to move out anyway because of a number of arising issues, i notified her about 4 weeks before i moved out.

On the day of moving out she was not present during the, i tried to contact her numerous times to no avail nor did she try contact me on the matter after close to 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of Brownen, she finally picked up and promised to pay me within the next 14days, i had immediately contacted a lawyer as i could tell she wouldn't keep her promise and filed a letter of demand and she down right ignored it.

Due to financial issues of which she's largely responsible i decided take this matter further to SSC in Randburg, she's had Zero interest in giving back my hard earned deposit, i has refused to even give me her physical address so i could hand her over law documents for her perusal and even had to go as far as to hire a Professional Tracing Agent.

I'm absolute shocked by this treated and has affected me allot on a financial and emotional level as i was even nice enough to design her a flyer and logo for her K9 dog company free of charge because that the kind of person i am or at least use to be i hope justice gets served.
