Poor service at this "private club"

Lovely setting but extremely poor service from bar attendant. Never smiled or offered any hospitality then refused to serve a last round in the bar but was prepared to serve on the verandah. Understand the time restrictions but should apply to ALL. They may just have lost a potential family membership which maybe is not a problem from this private club ??
