Un helpfull

I would like to lodge a complaint against the reception at clinic. Went into town yesterday, explained I had a Dr app for 27\11\19. I would unfortunatelly not be able to be there. Could I please reschedule? Was told no! Told lady politely it was for my blood results. No! If I come in, I must just sit all day and see a sister, and she ll decide if anyone could help me. I m white! Receotion lady s all black! Need I say more!!! If my surname was Khumalo it would be a totally diferent conversation.
