Horrible, Bad, Appalling Costumer service

The most pathetic pathetic services I have every experienced in my history of purchasing car. This includes their after sale service. One must literally squeeze blood out of an able. There's excuses why any form of documentation must take days to get it and that makes one question their business ethics. Sense of urgency at a snail pace.
