Pathetic service - stay away!!!

So I have been with a Broker company called Broker Support Group in Bloemfontein for some time now. My Fiesta was ****** a few months back (think its about 3/4 months now) and there was a really bad smell. The assessor said that the smell might not go away and might stay in the car. They still decided to try and fix it. The smell is still in the car and it has been washed on certain ways several times now. Even a second assessor has been assigned and he agreed the smell will not go away. No one seems to care at the company about anything as it has been taken this long and I even had to take steps with the Ombudsman because of no response. I don't know if its BSG or Hollard but they do work together so someone should be sorting this out. Worst service I have ever received. How many more times do we have to struggle with making arrangements to go to work and come back. The car still stinks, there's still issues on the car, the assessor was rude hence a new assessor was appointed. This is just pathetic!!!
