BSG insurance trying to do me in and delaying claim

My vehicle got ****** 2 months ago and I haven't been paid out. They are delaying the pay out with ridiculous offers well below the retail value of my vehicle. R83 000 instead of R106 000. My extras they want to pay R15 000 instead of R50 000 as per my policy. I thought insurance must leave you in the same position you were in. They even went as far as deducting 2 more premiums from my bank account when the delay is on there side. They do not return calls and they dont have any answers. This is not a competent company. They do not look after you at all but just after themselves. Claim ***
