Broker complications not Solutions

Extremely unprofessional service rendered by Broker Solutions in handling my insurance premium refund which was errenously deducted from my bank account. I was promised it would be refunded by the 20th of this month only to find it was not, Upon enquiry, no apology was rendered, just a message that the monies would be paid to me by the 27th. I have had several issues with this company before as well when handling insurance claims and I overall, my experience with them is they are just interested in the premium and not acting in the best interest of the consumer.
