Shocking service from Broham prepaid
Absolutely shocking turn over time in generating prepaid electricity vouchers. So much so that you have to buy from a different service provider in the mean time while still waiting for your voucher. On more than one occasion! And no phone numbers to phone. Still wayand its been 3 days.

I trust that your problem receiving your voucher has been sorted.
We are aware that there was a problem at one stage with Unipin where clients did not receive the vouchers immediately as is the norm.
