Terrible service and food

Let me say I've never ever experienced such terrible service as I did at Brocka Canal Walk. Myself and my partner waited for 15 min to be seated, we stood at the top of the stairs after being shown to wait by a gentleman behind the counter. Finally we are seated and our order is taken, my partner orded a Pina colada and I clearly tell the waitress to please ensure that they not use to much cream of coconut as it is over powering and to my disappointment when our drink arrive all you have is a glass of cream of coconut. The food was really not what I expected seemed like very little effort was put into making it and what was the ice breaker for me is the fact that I sat for almost 20 min trying to get the attention of our waiter to bring me the bill. My partner eventually got up and went to the front counter where her waited another 10 min for someone to just give him the slip. After paying R304 for an unsatisfying meal, no one was at our table to collect payment which I left on the table and just left. I am disappointed at the service after hearing people rave about it and will never go back to that place.
