Burnt and cold fries on first n second time I bought.

The first time I purchased the cheesy loaded fries it was cold, maybe that was because it was being delivered but it was burnt aswell like 50% of the chips were burnt, today when I ordered also through delivery the chips was fairly warm though but way less chips didn't even fill the surrounding of the box they give it in also burnt it actually had a burnt smell aswell, this place is definitely a no go, it's only the second time but I've bought many things from them as I'm ordering for the whole family and each and everything was disappointing and all the chips were burnt. The second time even the regular fries the one that cost about R22+- was in a small cardboard handheld box but it was so little it had like a hole in the middle which made the chips look like it's supposed to be a decoration around 1 singular chicken strip in the middle.
