Terrible experience- zero reply to complaint email

Good day

I just had an unpleasant time at your restaurant. We were 4 friends who booked a wikideal. Everything was inconsistent to what was advertised.

1. The waitress looked confused when we asked her to explain the burger option. She ended up coming back after 7 minutes saying it's something not on the menu and it's a basic cheese burger. So why is it called deluxe in the advertising?

2. The fries were a joke and literally enough for only 1 person. I barely ate as we had to ration.

3. The burger is not nice. Patty seems cheap and not the colour meat should be. Why are you selling something off menu?

4. The waffles. Waitress just gave us oreo even though there was options stated on the site and voucher. Then when asked she said they have no ingredients for the other options.

5. The waffles were rock hard and no cream as advertised. I never had mine finished. It was horrible.

Is this food and service given to us because we came with wiki vouchers or what happened. Your waitress has no customer service. Not a smile or any sort of enthusiasm. She gave us the bare minimum.

Please escalate. This is unacceptable from a brand like yours.
