Service Complaint

I am not someone to complain about something that is unnecessary, but my girlfriend has just ordered a meal from Brocka (Canal Walk) in Cape Town which costed R360. This order was placed via the Uber Eats App about an hour ago & I am completely disgusted at how little food this is. This food is not even enough to feed 2 people & it definitely does not look like an 800g rib stack which we have ordered. We called Brocka and the branch manager by the name Raymond told me that "I cannot deal with the problem as it is above he's pay grade" I would highly appreciate a refund as the service I received was very poor.
