Raw Steak

Hi There

I was at Brocka CW on the 30/07/2022 we ordered 2 Sirloin steaks, one was ordered Well Done and the other Medium Rare. We arrived at Canal Walk at 19:40 and there was a q to be seated which was fine it took roughly 10 min we ordered immediately as we knew what we wanted. The problem we encountered was it took about 45 min for our food to be served as we got our food at 20:30 and in that time the waiter was there 3-4 times. The problem I had with my food was it was not med rare and I also asked the waiter and he confirmed this. He then took it back to the kitchen and brought the steak back about 5-10 minutes later and topped up with some more onions. And even when it was brought back a 2nd time the one half of the steak was still raw. I finished the chips, onions and the part of the steak that was med rare and then left. Im sorry but I was not very happy with what I got from Brocka CW.
