Disappointing food and lack of communication

Good Day Approx a month ago we purchased wings and rib from Brocka Canal Walk as a take away. To our disappointment our ribs looked terrible and fatty aswell as half the quantity we purchased for. We tried calling the store and was told the manager would get back to us. We also emailed and sent pics of the food and up until today have not received a call or feedback via email. We are disappointed and rather would spend that money at spur for more Value!
