Brocka Canal Walk - ********* Business Practices

I recently ate at this place and upon receiving my bill, I noticed that they took the liberty of automatically adding in a 10% tip. Over and above this, the bill provided for a tip to be manually added in. While I was sharp enough to identify this double-tipping practice, the table next to mine did not. When I raised this with the staff at Brocka I was told that this was normal practice. I cant imagine how many patrons would not have picked up on this and doubled-tipped. I have thrice emailed the management of Brocka and after a month, have not received a response. I view this behavior as being ********* and businesses that operate on these principles should not be supported.
