We had lunch with our friends at this branch and were blown away by the great service! I'm allergic to shellfish, so I was concerned when I saw prawn as one of their burger options. I double checked with the chef if the grills were separated by proteins, but he confirmed they use all the grills for all the meals. This was not a problem as I expected as much (my allergy, my responsibility) and chose to take a salad instead. Skhumbuzo - our stunning waiter - noticed my query and offered to take one of the electric grills that they keep aside for emergencies and specially grill my burger on it's own for me. Not only did he go out of his way for my one burger, but he moved us to a larger table when it opened up (without us even asking), was frendly, and conversational, and did an all round great job. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
