Extremely Unreliable!

Worst Service Ever - Think twice before using Wouter Maritz - Extremely Unreliable! Wouter is an absolute smooth talker and say all the right words. We got him to convert a double garage into a cottage. He was eager and told us it would take about 6-weeks. He was supposed to be completed with everything by the end of May. We sitting with half the job completed and no sign of Wouter. He was always full of stories of things going wrong in his life. Last week he couldn't come due to his bakkie giving issues. He always respond to our messages at 2am in the morning - wondering what activities he have during those hours. He is full of promises and little deliverance. The few things he did complete, needs to be either re-done or fixed due to such a bad job. The builders he used, pitched up yesterday at our house - they haven't been paid for 3 week. Who does that??
