Waited at reception for over 40min

I came to make copies at Broadway Hardware in Paarl. I stood at the reception area for over 40 minutes and not once did someone bother to ask me if I have been helped or if I need something. Instead everyone at the tills were mumbling about how they can't wait to get home because it is a public holiday. Horrible service and highly unprofessional. Will not be going there again.
