Extensive damages after bad workmanship

Dear Sir / Madam,

In December 2021 I contacted a company, Broadway Civils who advertised their services for Driveway tarring etc. The reacted very quickly and even became a bit pushy to get the work done before the December holidays. They offered a 5-year guarantee on workmanship as per their website also: http://broadwaycivils.co.za Now, just less than a month later my driveway is a mess (see pictures attached) and when I contacted them, they told me that it is going to cost R25 000 to fix it. That is absolutely ridiculous and when I surfed the web, I found that there are other clients who went through the same frustrations. I cannot see why they should continue to get away with this. Please assist me as I need to get my driveway fixed as per their promised guarantee or they need to give me my money back.
