Unreliable Civil Company & poor quality of work - Avoid at all costs

I recently have my Drive way done by this company Nash was the project manager and Robert was in charge of the job. They did a pathetic job at my place, it's a pity I can't load pictures so that you can see their work. After few days we called Nash and told him to come and see the work that was done by his team. He said they will come and fix the problems the following day. Of which they did come with someone to fix the boarder or edges but they didn't fix the tar. After merely 10 days we have potholes in our newly done pavement, **** is growing through the tar surface. We have sent him pictures of this he hasn't responded to those. After paying him 90% of the amount he requested he never came back till this day. Never uses his service or agree to his payment system or options. Because he wants 90% of the money to be paid to him before he even start with the job. We should have know that he is up to no good.
