BAD BAD QUALITY WORK

Broadway Civils has this amazing website about service and what they offer! I paid them in full (my error) and my courtyard is such a mess. They sent me a picture of stone chip and spray it is cement with stone that had washed off which I HAD TO WASH OFF. They won't come and fix it as they say "sorry there are no funds to fix it"... next year they would perhaps come and see the mess...
