Don't use Broadlink internet!!!!

Stay away from this company they not helpful worst experience ever. I app**** for a sim card with them. The simcard was delivered late, i had to follow up contless times then when it finally arrived, it did not work. I then informed one of their senior technicians that its not working even went to the extend of taking it back to they office (Bryanston Place Office Park, East View, 199 Bryanston Dr, Bryanston, Sandton, 2191). The guys took the SIM card back and told me they will investigate or rather give me a new one. The whole month passed with back and fourth conversation until i decided to cancel with them. On the 6th of March i saw a debit order from them and when i try to speak to there manages no one is willing to help or cancel my account where else they gave me a non working SIM card which they decided to keep.
