refund

I logged a return for products i bought and was asked to take them to the nearest store which i did on the 28th of November and requested a refund i have been following up requesting feedback as to when my refund will be paid back to me last week friday i phoned again and spoke to the accounts lady and was advised that my refund has been processed and will be paid out over the weekend . We are approuching another weekend and still no refund i phoned in again today and was advised the lady will phone me back i am still waiting on the call back and my refund
