No invoice after purchase. no response after request

Bought a dual lavalier microphone set from Broadcast Hub through Takealot. Requested an invoice and never received anything. No feedback, nothing. All the other businesses provided me with invoices as I need to claim it back from work. I bought these items for works related projects and now I cant claim it back as this business doesn't care to do the right thing and provide me with an invoice just to prove I bought it from them. Be careful when buying from them as any business should be able to provide these documents.
