Horrible Company. Rather use different one.

Order Number #1: We bought an SDI cable from them and the item we received was the cheaper one. We phoned the company and they gave us a really hard time explaining to us that he personally packed the item. We sent him a photo and then all of a sudden he took a step back and rectified the mistake. Due to this, we felt it was ok to use this company again. This was a mistake!

Order Number #2: The companies website is was slow and we were unable to complete the payment process so we decided that we will send them a mail to order our products. When we got the invoice back they overcharged us on both items amounting to R2400 overcharge. We called them to clarify the prices of the items and they send us another invoice that has the reduced price but all of a sudden the item was changed to the cheaper one. They then went through all the trouble to change the price of the item on their website and claimed that the item changed. But we have screenshots from the day before that show the price as well as the exact same item.

This company is a real company but I would honestly not purchase any items from them as they will just make it more of a hassle to buy items from them as well as all the homework you need to do.
