Disgusting service received

Disgusting service received. Purchased a replacement mac keyboard which ended up being the incorrect product. Returned it to replace with correct item. No stock and no ETA on item requested. They promised me the refund would be done the same day. Now 2 weeks later, 8 messages left for the owner/manager to contact me and still nothing. Now having to turn to social media to try get it resolved.
